Credits, boosts, and the 48-hour review window

When you submit an 800+ character review, it starts in a pending state. After 48 hours (if not disputed), the review is released, you receive credits, and the text goes live on the repo page.

Spend credits on leaderboard and featured boosts, or use Stripe for paid options where enabled.
